Social Responsibility
Organisations support us, and we take pride in contributing to a range of local, national, and international programmes and initiatives. Our efforts include donating our time and facilities, sharing our energy, and offering our talents through singing and music. We also engage in fundraising activities that help us extend our reach and impact. Our commitment to fulfilling our social responsibilities are outlined below.
Local Programmes and Initiatives
Donating Furniture and Resources - We regularly support our parents and carers by donating previously loved furniture and school resources.
Weekly Food Donation in partnership with... - At Roxbourne Primary School, we are proud to partner with a local community charity to support our families. Every week, we host a food donation stand, providing baked items to parents in need.
Litter Picking in our Local Community - How well looked after is our local area? In Geography, we conduct some local fieldwork which involves collecting data from our school house street names, observing and taking litter counts and giving back to our local community through our big tidy-up and litter-picking operation!
Harrow Harmony Choir - We are proud to support the Harrow Harmony Choir, a community-based group of enthusiastic singers established in 1999.
Supporting our local Foodbank - More information coming soon!
